Dents cannot be totally removed, however they can be manipulated to best possible look. OR, if the panel is not more than 10 years old, it can be replaced (if older; Typically, technology has changed, and older models are not available).

Yes. While we recommend using a professional series operators we do offer installation of store bought. The biggest difference between them is the rail system. With Florida wind loaded doors, the weight is tremendous and store-bought openers have a hollow pieced rail system that causes undue stress to the mechanism while a professional series rail is a solid 1-piece steel rail for a smoother ride (causing less stress on the mechanisms).

Like any other mechanical device, it needs regular inspections and annual maintenance. This will ensure you will maintain your manufacturer’s warranty.
